comfy bed large tv included breakfast dirty entrance dirty carpets awful mess
the room was large it had chairs and a table. a comfy bed and a large tv were provided. tea coffee biscuits and breakfast were all included.
the side entrance and exit needs a good clean up. i observed an awful mess and lots of rubbish there. stair carpets also need a good clean.

i found little touches made a big difference. big fluffy towels were great after my showers and the room had plenty of storage. staff were friendly.
i noticed the carpet leading to bedrooms looked old. it felt a little sticky too.

helpful staff breakfast choice damaged door filthy carpet
The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered many choices and tasted very good. The room included a nice table with chairs positioned by the window. The room was also clean.
The main room door was damaged , and it did not feel secure. The carpets on the stairway were filthy , and I could smell grease from the kitchen.

i found the staff very friendly. the included breakfast had great quality and tasted delicious. i also appreciated the room size, it was a good size, perfect when you have a dog.
i noticed the shower cubicle seemed small.

the location was convenient, right in the town center! our twin room was very clean and well kept. the staff were all helpful and friendly, addressing any request we had. breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items available each morning.
the noise from the pub below extended past midnight, a little difficult to sleep some nights.

The room was a good size, very clean and had bottled water. The bedding was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy. Big towels are provided in the shower room. I was greeted and shown to my room by a friendly young man.
The karaoke was loud one evening, so it was difficult to relax upstairs.

prime location clean room friendly service
the location felt excellent and allowed me to meet with family with ease. i found the room to be nice and clean, it also included a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits which i enjoyed. the breakfast was amazing, the service was prompt and friendly.
i felt a slight disturbance due to music from the pub continuing past midnight.
